Answer: We pride ourselves on delivering the ultimate Frozen Yogurt experience, but occasionally, we may fall short of this goal. If your visit was short of your expectations, please bring this to the attention of the manager on duty or the store owner, so that we may have a chance to "make things right" in the quickest manner possible.
